The new version requires you to have a previous version of 6.002.006 installed. The file is just the executable so you'll need to make sure you have a working installation BEFORE you install this file. Below is the contents of the READ-FIRST.txt file included in the release ZIP file in the Downloads area. You can use the Downloads link at the top of the page to get there.

After unzipping the file, place the IRBHost6003001.EXE file in the same folder as the existing IRBHost2.EXE file.
This file does NOT replace the existing file.

3)Path to the DXLab Commander program revised. Please use the DXLAB Launcher program to
install the latest version of the Commander software. Accepting the defaults in the Launcher
during the installation should out the files in the proper directory. The proper installation directory should
be:   c:\Program Files\DXLAb Suite\Commander  if you followed all ofthe defaults in the Launcher program.
IRBHost (when started using this new version should launch the DXLab Commander on startup if you are using it.

Just click on the Install Launcher button on that web page to install it.

You can create an icon on the desktop to this new version by right clicking on the desktop then select New
then Shortcut.

NOTE - There is still a problem with Skype version 4 with this revision. Skype versions below that should still
function fine. You can find older versions of the Skype software here:

If for some reason it isn't there a Google search for "Skype old" will turn up many more sites carrying older
releases.

Note that this release does not require changes to your ini file to function so you can easily revert to the
previous version by simply stopping this version and then start up the old IRBHost.exe file.
