Password Maintenance Tool

Just trying to set up emailing of user passwords and send email funtion of the IRB Host Software

when I try to sendPassword or Send to List
I get notice that OUTLOOK is not started

But I do have Outlook Express set up and running using a gmail account

What am I missing?
Is any one else using this feature??

I have been using Tunderbird email software and keep created templates based on the ones found with the w4mq software. It the procedure works ok but can be a little time consuming at the beginning. We usually send out an invetation to log in and once they are seen to be able to log in we send a follow up email with additional information on the procedures on or remote and change the status to allow them transmit capability.

Email in W4MQ software

Sorry but the email function in the W4MQ software ONLY works with Microsoft Outlook as far as I've able to determine. If there is enough interest I might be able to change it to a more generic email system that doesn't require Outlook. Again, the email function will NOT work with Microsoft Outlook Express, only with Outlook.

USERS - If I'm wrong and you've been able to get it to work with Outlook Express please pass along any information you might have to help.
